On various occasions, the Firm has been instructed for the registration and deregistration of aircraft in the Cyprus Register.
Our Firm has also been retained for the incorporation and administration in Cyprus of companies owning and leasing aircraft.

The Firm’s lawyers contributed the Cyprus chapters featured in "Aircraft Finance – Registration, Security and Enforcement" (1989) and ''Aircraft Liens and Detention Rights'' (1998). Both are now published by Sweet & Maxwell, London, with our lawyers continuing to update the Cyprus chapters regularly.
